ECNV is a community resource and advocacy center run and managed by persons with disabilities. ECNV provides peer-based, self-help services to Northern Virginians with all types of disabilities, who live in Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, and Loudoun.
Through a unique combination of peer mentoring/ counseling, training, and advocacy services, ECNV works with its consumers, and their families, to end dependence by fostering self-reliance, self-determination and adaptive skills.
